We are a member of ASSOCATİON OF TURKISH TRAVEL AGENCIES ( TURSAB ) Licence Number : 10850 

All of the bookings made through Jimbo Tourism are subject to do Rules of Turkish Travel Agencies Law ( Law no :1618 ) and the Consumer Protection Law ( Law no : 4077 ).
In these booking when we use the words “we” “us” or “our”, we mean Jimbo Tourism. When we use “you” or “your”, we mean the person who made the booking with us .

TRAVEL SERVICES

a .  Hotels check inn times 14:00 - check out times 12:00.

b . Far East Packages ( Thailand - Cambodia - Indonesia ) starts with minimum 10 peoples.İf not enough peoples for packages , Jimbo Tourism may change your travel dates before 20 days your travel.

c . We do not permit anyone under 16 to travel without an adult.

d . Third bed in double rooms may be smaller than normal bed size.

e.  Flight may vary from weather and airlane .

PAYMENT 

All bookings arranged by the Jimbo Tourism are subject to the legislation of Turkey Travel Agency (Law No. 1618). Payments may be an online payment system (early booking) by credit card or debit card ( Visa - Master Card ). All prices include VAT. Online payments; It is implemented with SSL security

Changes made by us before you travel

 Sometimes we will heave to make changes to your booking arrangements.

İf any changes we will have a significant effect on your holiday, we will tell you about it before you travel.

IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

Only the Lead Name on the booking can ask us to cancel it or to remove any of the named passengers from it. You must put your instruction to cancel the booking or cancel off any passenger in writing and either give it to your Travel Agent or send it to our correspondence address as stated on our confirmation invoice. The cancellation charges shown below apply from the date we receive your cancellation instruction at our offices or from your Travel Agent. In order to cover our expected losses from the cancellation there’s a set scale of charges which must be paid by you if you or anyone travelling with you cancels or you cancel any services or arrangements that form part of your booking with us. The charges are a percentage of the cost of the arrangements being cancelled.

 1.  More than 84 days Loss of deposit*
 2.  Before 62 - 75 days 30 % (or loss of deposit if greater)*
 3.  Before 61 - 46 days 50 % (or loss of deposit if greater)*
 4.   Before 45 - 30 days 70 % (or loss of deposit if greater)*
 5.   Before 29 days of fewer 100% cost of holiday

 6.  The activities/excursions, which the participant purchased for any reason may be transferred to another person. In this case, the person to whom it is assigned must have the conditions of participation. The person must also notify the agent by e-mail at least 7 days in advance. There is no extra charge for the transfer. Transfer cannot be made without notification and no refund can be made for this reason.

NATURAL DİSASTERS


Disaster, war, etc. In extraordinary circumstances, If any excursion / activity cannot be performed, the participation fee will be refunded in full with the participant within the period to be announced.

By booking an Excursion or Activity you agree to submit any such cases to this jurisdiction.
