2. Free Cancellation

✔ Full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

3. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable.

4. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not show up at the scheduled time and location, no refund will be issued.

5. Weather & Operational Conditions

✔ In case of bad weather or operational issues, the tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

6. Changes by Customer

✔ Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Refund Method
